Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home care team. With over 20 years of experience, we are proud to provide compassionate, client-centered care that allows individuals to remain safely in their homes.

This role offers a meaningful alternative to traditional clinical settings-combining autonomy, relationship-building, and the opportunity to directly influence patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans
Coordinate and manage daily visit schedules in collaboration with office staff
Supervise, train, and support caregivers in the field
Monitor client conditions and communicate updates, recommendations, and concerns
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company standards
Perform routine nursing visits as needed (e.g., medication management, vital signs, etc.)
Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and internal teams

Schedule:
Monday–Friday with flexible hours
Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Scheduling models include both block time and guaranteed hours

Qualifications:
Active RN license
Prior home care experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
