Liberty Mutual is seeking a skilled Attorney with 5-8 years of relevant litigation experience to primarily draft motions and conduct legal research. The attorney will also independently manage some moderately complex civil litigation matters. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles and insurance law, strategic case management, advanced technology utilization, and strong client relationship skills. The Attorney will develop and execute sophisticated legal briefs/motions, legal strategies, lead settlement negotiations, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to organizational improvements while maintaining the highest standards of legal ethics and compliance.
