Lead by example in building and running highly reliable, production‑ready systems.
Drive improvements in observability, alerting, incident management, and operational readiness.
Support and guide the team during incidents, maintaining clarity under pressure.
Ensure operational considerations are embedded into design decisions.

Engineering Community:
Coach and mentor engineers across teams, contributing to capability uplift.
Share innovations, patterns, and best practices across ENSEK’s engineering community.
