We are looking for motivated Dutch/Flemish speakers who are eager to take their professional journey to the next level with a paid relocation to Bulgaria. This position combines business development with a vibrant living environment, where you will be part of a dynamic team aiming at driving sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through various channels to introduce our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the market.
• Adjust to the local culture and assist new clients in navigating our offerings effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and motivation to begin a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new environments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A basic understanding of sales processes is desirable, though not mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new culture and lifestyle.
