Job Overview:

Looking for a Strategy Associate to support leadership in planning, analysis, and decision-making across business and social impact initiatives, who thrives on research, critical thinking, and turning insights into actionable strategies that balance profit and purpose.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives across consulting, technology, and impact domains

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for senior management
• Support program evaluation, impact measurement, and organizational planning
• Analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations
• Collaborate across departments to identify growth opportunities and innovation areas

• Contribute to client proposal development and strategic partnerships

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• 1-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business analysis
• Strong skills in research, data interpretation, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Tableau/Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

• Exposure to social impact strategy, CSR, or public policy projects
• Knowledge of business model innovation, impact frameworks, or lean strategy
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, or project management platforms
• Experience working in or with startups, social enterprises, or consulting firms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields
• MBA or professional certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Passion for social impact and sustainable development
