This role is key in overseeing study management activities from initiation to closure, ensuring operational excellence and compliance at the country level. As a leader in the local study team, you will contribute significantly to the execution of clinical trials, enhancing the health and well-being of patients. Your strategic planning and organization skills will be essential in driving project deliverables while collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders in various locations.
Accountabilities
- Support Global Study Managers and lead specific components of the study project.
- Oversee the preferred Contract Research Organization and manage country-level plans.
- Liaise with local and regulatory teams to align on submission strategies.
- Manage study start-up processes and recruitments in assigned countries.
- Ensure compliance with local vendor management and oversee quality assurance.
- Act as point of contact for study-level inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Lead initiatives for operational effectiveness at the regional level.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of clinical trial study management experience is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory operations.
- Expertise in study and site dashboards and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage moderately complex processes and implement mitigation strategies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in a matrix management environment and with managing vendors.
