REMOTE SUMMER INTERNSHIP: Business Development - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Summary

Assist in developing business strategies by identifying customers that drive margin improvement across locations. Help identify and implement best practices for data optimization.

Areas of focus may include but are not limited to:

• Identify and research potential clients
• Coordinate with sales team to develop database
• Monitor summer project to ensure contracts are executed
• Gather information from customer and competitor data
• Track, identify and add qualified prospective clients for internal sales team
• Conduct market research
• Track and report on status of proposal components
• Make and give presentation on summer project

Education, Skills, Knowledge

Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program

Graduating in Winter of 2023 or Spring of 2024

Course of study must be related to internship role

Minimum GPA of 2.75

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

Ability to work effectively in a variety of situations

Ability respond to change in a positive manner

Ability to manage multiple projects

Strong desire to learn new skills

High degree of professionalism; inclusive and collaborative work style

It is preferred that applicants have authorization to work lawfully in the United States
