REMOTE SUMMER INTERNSHIP: Supply Chain - Unlimited Growth Potential

Summary

Assist supply chain by identifying best practices with logistics and carrier contacts. Implement master data review and update current systems as needed

Areas of focus may include but are not limited to:

• develop a database for supply chain
• Carrier contact updates (Both carriers and fleet partners).
• Billing updates to include toll locations, regional registrations and DOT
• Assisting in the updating and roll-out of GPS units with Driver qualification (GPS provider for fleet tracking)
• Post data clean-up as needed
• Developing strategic logistics database (trucking tariffs, LTL vs. TL, item classes, truck rental/lease programs, etc.).

Education, Skills, Knowledge

Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program

Graduating in Winter of 2023 or Spring of 2024

Course of study must be related to internship role

Minimum GPA of 2.75

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

Ability to work effectively in a variety of situations

Ability respond to change in a positive manner

Ability to manage multiple projects

Strong desire to learn new skills

High degree of professionalism; inclusive and collaborative work style

It is preferred that applicants have authorization to work lawfully in the United States
