Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
• Provide detailed information about offerings, assist with account management, and handle troubleshooting requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and continuity.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a tech or retail environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
