• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
