This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and want to make a positive impact in the lives of customers. As a representative, you will provide exceptional support to clients in Swedish, addressing their inquiries related to health technology products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries about HealthTech products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with account management, order processing, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about developments in health technology to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the HealthTech or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
