Your Responsibilities:

️ Provide customer support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat
️ Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting
️ Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
️ Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system
️ Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent Swedish speaker (C1 or above) – written and spoken
Basic English skills (B1 or above) – for internal communication
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
No prior experience required! We provide full training!
