System Analyst

We’re looking for a System Analyst to join our friendly and professional team. You’ll contribute to a high-impact public sector project in Estonia, working with a modern, non-legacy system built on the latest technologies. We value long-term growth, and have built a strong, trust-based partnership with the client.

We are looking for: 

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst


• Experience with REST API design and system integrations


• Skilled in requirements analysis, documentation, and mapping


• Ability to read and understand physical data models


• Experience working in an agile environment


• Very good Estonian and English, both written and spoken

In your role as a System Analyst, you will: 

• Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to shape solutions that meet clients' needs


• Facilitate communication and planning between the client, team, and partners


• Take part in daily stand-ups, workshops, and sprint planning


• Help break down business goals into clear technical tasks and documentation


• Support smooth system development through clear analysis and collaboration
