About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading grocery retail organization to find a Solutions Delivery Analyst II for their technology team, based in Scarborough, ME or Salisbury/Mooresville, NC (remote considered for exceptional candidates).

This role owns technical delivery and production support for a critical point-of-sale environment supporting a 24/7/365 retail operation. You'll lead small-to-mid IT initiatives from requirements through deployment, while also serving as a go-to resource for resolving complex production issues. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants ownership, not just a ticket queue.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned POS systems and applications
  


• Lead small-to-mid IT initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare support
  


• Build and manage software and hardware deployment packages independently
  


• Provide second- and third-level production support for critical retail systems
  


• Lead root cause analysis on complex issues spanning multiple systems
  


• Coordinate with QA, change management, infrastructure, and vendor teams on deployments and incidents
  


• Support operational stability during occasional off-hours and weekend coverage as needed
  


• Mentor and onboard junior team members
