The Systems Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring and investigating the performance of PV systems, identifying non-reporting and underperforming systems, and ensuring timely issue resolution. This role involves utilizing Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate and analyze reports, collaborating across departments, and working closely with vendors and project managers to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Essential Job Functions
Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases when necessary.
Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve known production issues.
Validate the resolution of production issues through detailed monitoring checks.
Work closely with vendors and project managers to streamline processes, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred.
Physical Demands

Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.
