Talent Acquisition Consultant, High-Volume

The Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a critical role in our organization by providing expert guidance and support in talent acquisition strategies and processes. Partners with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and execute end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives.

Remote Eligibility: This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states – DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV

Required Travel: Quarterly rounding on-site in Northern Virginia

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in Recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting within a hospital, health system, or other complex healthcare environment preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple roles, departments and hiring leaders strongly preferred.
