Overview We are currently seeking a talented and experienced full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Partners, Rimkus managers, and prospective candidates daily. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of full-cycle recruitment, solid administrative and support skills, and the ambition to grow in the realm of corporate recruitment. This position can be worked remotely. However, work hours need to support the Central time zone if possible. Responsibilities Preparing, issuing, and collecting applicant-related documentation (i.e., Assessment Forms, offer letters, application forms, resumes, etc.) Coordinating new-hire drug tests and background screenings Maintaining and updating job postings on Company and external recruitment websites Maintaining open staffing requisition reports, administering pre-employment skills tests, and assessments to candidates under consideration Assisting with the upkeep of the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) Compiling and tracking of the Company’s Applicant Flow Data for compliance reporting Assisting with sourcing for potential qualified candidates using print, internet, and web-based recruiting tools Work may involve conducting applicant pre-screenings (Telephone Interviews) Scheduling candidate interviews and travel arrangements May participate in on-site recruiting efforts or job fairs Collaborating with the Company’s Brand, Social, Digital, and Technology teams to produce recruitment marketing campaigns Assisting with the creation and implementation of a recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs, or industry events Providing backup support to the Corporate Regional Recruiters during absences or periods of peak workloads May work on special HR initiatives and time-sensitive projects as assigned by the HR team Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or other business-related fields with 2+ years of Recruitment support experience Prior experience with an ATS (i.e., iCIMS, Taleo, etc.) Must possess good business writing, editing, and proofreading skills Work requires continual accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, as well as an ability to communicate effectively in writing (internal and external) Demonstrated intermediate experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, digital publishing software, web-based conferencing platforms (i.e., MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) Must be well-spoken and have strong interpersonal skills to handle candidates, employees, and managers with professionalism, courtesy, and tact. Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information. Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills are a must Resourceful approach to developing creative campaigns and advanced strategies Able to work under general supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks
