Talent Acquisition Executive (Staffing and Recruitment)

A fast-scaling tech-enabled recruitment solutions provider operating across India, we partner with startups and mid-market companies to build high-performing teams through data-driven, candidate-centric hiring. Our remote-first model empowers recruiters to work autonomously while leveraging AI-enabled sourcing tools and scalable workflows to deliver quality hires at velocity.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across tech, sales, and operations roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards.


• Conduct initial video screenings and competency-based interviews to assess cultural fit and role readiness.


• Manage end-to-end candidate experience—from offer negotiation to onboarding—ensuring 90%+ offer acceptance rate.


• Partner with hiring managers to define JDs, role expectations, and success metrics for high-volume and specialized roles.


• Track recruitment pipeline KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and optimize tactics bi-weekly.


• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs using ATS and CRM tools.
