- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a specific business area and market.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, C-level executives, and their teams to develop and implement successful hiring strategies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders across various functions.
- Partner with the recruiting team to enhance talent pooling, market research, and competitor analysis strategies.
- Take ownership of the offer process from start to finish.
- Contribute to significant projects aimed at improving our hiring processes and infrastructure.- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. German language skills are nice to have.
