We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.
Execute recruitment strategies for a variety of banking roles, from entry-level to senior positions
Source candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiations
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders within the bank
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Participate and drive recruiting related projects
5+ extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on the banking sector - this is a must
Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
Ability to work well with other team members toward a common goal
Drive for delivering results and ensuring the best candidate experience
Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English languages
