About the Role

We are building our talent pool for experienced and motivated Sales Support Representatives who can assist sales teams in managing client relationships, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless sales operation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations
• Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems
• Track leads, follow up on pending inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses
• Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making
• Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
• Support the onboarding process for new customers and handle documentation requirements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales department

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer-Facing Administrative role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting
• Proficiency with sales and productivity tools, such as:
• CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive)
• Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp)
• Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
• Document and file management tools (DocuSign, Dropbox, Notion)
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting sales operations
