About the Role

We are building our talent pool for creative and results-driven Social Media Managers who excel in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
• Create, schedule, and manage content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Manage paid social campaigns (as needed) and support influencer or partnership initiatives
• Stay current with emerging social media tools, best practices, and platform updates

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement tactics
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice consistency
• Proficiency with social media and analytics tools, such as:
• Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or other reporting tools
• Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Slack)
• Ability to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns independently in a remote setup.
• Knowledge of paid advertising, content scheduling, and community management is a plus
