We are looking for a Recruiter to own our talent acquisition pipeline across a rapidly growing portfolio of roles. You will source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates for digital marketing and operations positions â keeping hiring managers informed and the process moving without them having to chase.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
âProactively source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases, and professional networks
âBuild and maintain active pipelines for current and anticipated roles
âLead intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm requirements, scorecards, and timelines
âDevelop and maintain compelling job postings and outreach messaging tailored to each role
Screening & Interview Coordination
âScreen CVs and conduct structured initial phone/video screens to assess qualification, motivation, and fit
âCoordinate skills assessments and ensure a consistent, structured interview process
âMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with clear status updates
âCoordinate reference and background checks in accordance with company policy
Offer Management & Reporting
âSupport offer preparation and approvals; manage offer presentation, negotiation support, and candidate closing
âProvide regular pipeline reports: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, stage conversion, and open role status
âEnsure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and clear feedback at every stage
âProtect candidate data privacy and ensure compliance with fair hiring practices
Requirements
â 2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
âExperience recruiting for distributed or global teams across multiple time zones
âProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and multi-channel sourcing strategies
âExperience using structured scorecards and competency-based interview frameworks
âStrong written English â job postings, outreach messages, and candidate communications
âExperience with an ATS (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent)
âAvailability to work full-time in MST hours
Nice to Have
âBackground in recruiting for digital marketing or agency roles
âExperience reducing time-to-fill on hard-to-fill roles through improved sourcing or screening
âBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
