The Talent Sourcer works under direct supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to generate qualified candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions. Working from search direction set by the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters, this role executes market research, passive candidate identification, personalized outreach, and initial qualification, delivering screened shortlists for Recruiter review and maintaining accurate pipeline data and sourcing records.

Primary Responsibilities
Participate in role intake with Recruiters and the Talent Acquisition Manager and execute the agreed search strategy, target company list, and candidate profile for each assigned requisition
Execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns as directed using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Boolean and X-ray search, resume databases, professional communities, and referral generation
Send personalized outreach and multi-touch follow-up sequences using approved messaging; recommend adjustments to Recruiters based on open, response, and conversion rates
Conduct initial qualification conversations against Recruiter-defined must-have criteria, covering requirements, compensation expectations, location and work authorization, and level of interest
Deliver written candidate summaries and shortlists to Recruiters against agreed service levels, with supporting evidence for Recruiter review and disposition decisions
Compile talent maps and market intelligence as assigned, including competitor org structures, talent availability, title conventions, and compensation benchmarks; surface findings to Recruiters and the Talent Acquisition Manager
Maintain talent communities, silver-medalist pools, and re-engagement campaigns for recurring and forecasted roles under Recruiter direction
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, source tagging, and disposition reasons in the ATS and sourcing platforms
Track and report sourcing funnel metrics including outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-interview, and source of hire; recommend changes to search approach based on results
Apply consistent, compliant evaluation criteria to every candidate and follow established processes for candidate data handling and privacy
Escalate unclear requirements, off-profile candidate patterns, pipeline shortfalls, and other blockers to the assigning Recruiter or the Talent Acquisition Manager promptly
Engage in team meetings and training sessions; maintain or exceed department-established performance standards

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut, Noon.ai)
Sourcing experience in e-commerce, Amazon marketplace, digital advertising, or supply chain and fulfillment functions
Experience sourcing across multiple functions, levels, and geographies, including offshore talent markets
Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and contact enrichment tools
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
Understanding of employment law basics and EEO compliance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluency in Boolean logic and advanced search techniques across multiple platforms
Strong written communication with the ability to write concise, personalized outreach that earns a reply
Excellent skills utilizing Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) with effective navigation and utilization skills in Excel/Google Sheets and utilization of AI
Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly with passive candidates
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Receptive to direction and coaching, with the ability to incorporate feedback quickly and work within established processes rather than around them
Persistence and resilience in a role where the majority of outreach does not receive a response
Able to manage multiple active searches and competing priorities simultaneously
High level of urgency
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
