Task Order Manager

Location: Fort Leavenworth, KS (Hybrid/telework potential)
Experience: Senior | Salary: $150,000 | Clearance: Active Secret

Why this role

Lead a high‑impact team supporting the U.S. Army PRPO on doctrine, organization, and training—owning deliverables and applying deep PR expertise across the full range of military operations.

What you’ll do

• Supervise contract team and manage task‑order deliverables


• Prepare reports, conduct meetings, and ensure quality/compliance


• Serve as PR SME across analysis, design, development, and production


• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet requirements and timelines

Required qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience


• Former U.S. Army Officer (MAJ or higher)


• Combat Arms or 18 Series (Special Forces) background


• CGSC graduate; SERE‑C graduate


• S3 staff experience


• Real‑world Personnel Recovery Officer (PRO) experience at battalion+ echelons


• Familiar with PR across operations, incl. Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) and civil search & rescue (SAR)


• Candidate performing TOM duties must be approved by the PRPO Chief
