As a Tax Investigation Agent, you'll:

  Call the IRS on behalf of clients and request transcripts to support our case managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare case summaries and documents that help move resolutions forward.

  
  


• 
  

  Be the first step in changing someone’s financial future—all over the phone (no face-to-face client contact required).

• 
  

  Experience in tax, sales, or client support (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  CAF#, CTEC, or PTIN? Great—but not required

  
  


• 
  

  A confident phone presence and strong organization skills

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to stay on top of tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment

  
  

•
