At Dance To EvOLvE, we believe our teachers are the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a people-focused leader to recruit, train, and support our dance teachers across multiple cities. If you love building community, helping teachers shine, and making a real impact on kids and families through dance, this could be the perfect fit!

A bit about the role: This role is all about people — help grow, support, and lead our amazing team of dance teachers by finding the right teachers, helping them shine in the classroom, and making sure they feel supported along the way. You’ll oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing teacher development in multiple cities, ensuring our students and families always get the best experience! This role is a mix of work from home and being at classes.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, interview, and hire dance teachers across Chicago, Cleveland, and San Diego.
• Train and onboard new teachers so they’re confident and classroom-ready
• Manage teachers’ schedules and day to day
• Support teacher success through coaching, evaluations, and regular check-ins.
• Partner with leadership on training updates and curriculum rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teachers, helping them feel part of our community.
• Teach as needed at our Chicago locations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in teaching, training, or managing teachers (dance or education background).
• Strong people skills — able to coach, support, and communicate with different personalities.
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle scheduling and recruitment needs.
• A positive, team-oriented approach with a passion for helping teachers and students succeed.

A bit about us: Dance To EvOLvE is a mobile children’s dance company, and is unique as we don’t have ‘one’ studio. Through our great teachers, we offer high quality classes in recreation centers, schools and other venues all around Chicago, Cleveland, and San Diego. We have specialized in ages 2-12 years in ballet, tap, and hip hop since 2008. We are a team who love what we do and love the dancing kiddos!
