Team Lead

As a Team Lead at Helmes, you will have a great opportunity to guide a dedicated team as they tackle an exciting project together. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring everyone succeeds and enjoys working collaboratively.

In your role as a Team Lead, you will be

• Leading a software development team and projects:
  
  
  
  • Inspiring and motivating your team while supporting their growth and development
  
  
  • Ensure your team has the resources to succeed - like tech, competencies & capacity
  
  
  • Keep an eye on your team's performance and always look for ways to make things better
  
  
  • Staying on top of the finances, incl. monthly billing and reporting
  
  
  • Being the go-to person for communication, keeping everyone in the loop, and building good relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  
  
  • Building strong partnerships with the client and exploring future opportunities together
  
  
  
  


• Supporting the Business Unit Leader in sales and attracting new clients by drafting offers and other related tasks when needed


• Collaborating on developing and enhancing Helmes' tools, processes, and best practices

We are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in the IT field


• Skilled at leading teams and managing projects, with a talent for motivating people


• Great influencing skills, including the ability to inspire, lead, and negotiate effectively


• Ready to take on responsibilities and follow through on commitments


• Experience in managing finances and budgets at the unit level


• Fluent communication skills in both Estonian and English, both spoken and written


• Being proactive and thinking like an entrepreneur


• Mature and taking ownership of the work


• Having experience in sales is beneficial
