Tech Recruitment Consultant Cyprus

Emerald Zebra is looking for an enthusiastic Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our inspiring and motivational team based in Cyprus, one of Europes emerging tech hubs. Cyprus has rapidly become a vibrant technology and innovation center, attracting global companies and talent.

Role Overview: You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions across diverse sectors, engaging with Cyprus's booming tech community and connecting tech talent with leading local and international tech, fintech, financial services and igaming companies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of technology roles and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Greek beneficial but not essential).
• Residing in Cyprus.

Remote Work Flexibility: This role is fully remote; however, you must be based in Cyprus.
