This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales capabilities with a hands-on understanding of technology and SaaS platforms. You will play a key role in expanding customer usage, adoption, and satisfaction while directly contributing to account growth and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities
Build deep, trust-based relationships with existing enterprise customers by actively supporting account strategy and showcasing new capabilities
Deliver engaging technical product demonstrations and training sessions for both executives and end users, in person and remotely
Own and maintain customer education resources, including the vHive knowledge base and branded video tutorials
Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions, ensuring customers are maximizing value from the vHive platform and drone workflows
Conduct regular check-ins and calls with customers to promote adoption, address issues, and uncover new opportunities
Proactively drive usage of all platform features and ensure proper integration with the customer's existing systems
Represent the customer internally, collaborating with Sales, Product, and R&D to advocate for feature requests and improvements
Travel as needed to support relationship building, training, and demonstrations in the field
Current Key Tasks
Oversee the quality and relevance of all customer training materials and content
Serve as a subject matter expert for power users and executive stakeholders
Act as a bridge between customer feedback and internal product improvements
Build new workflows and standard operating procedures
5 years of proven experience in technical sales or similar roles, technical account management, preferably within large enterprise environments delivering SaaS solutions
Recent experience in the telecom sector is highly preferred
Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and customer engagement strategies
Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization and handling complex business scenarios with professionalism
Track record of achieving growth and success targets through customer relationship management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Technical knowledge of drone systems and software is required
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Resume must be submitted in English
Location: Mexico, Dallas, or Minnesota
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Skills and Experience
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly in roles involving customer implementation, usage expansion, or technical support
Experience working with or selling into telecom carriers or network operators, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges, infrastructure, and operational needs
Ability to communicate technical concepts related to drone data capture, modeling accuracy, and platform capabilities in a clear and engaging way
Background in technical sales, solutions engineering, or customer success within a drone technology or geospatial analytics company is a plus
Knowledge of integration between drone data and enterprise asset management or network planning systems is an advantage
Hands-on experience with UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems), including flight operations, mission planning, and hardware troubleshooting
Strong understanding of photogrammetry principles and workflows, including the generation and interpretation of 3D models, digital twins, and point clouds
