Technical Design Administrator

POSITION TITLE: Technical Design Administrator

DEPARTMENT: Technical Design (Production)

LOCATION: New York, NY

JOB TYPE: Full-time

POSITION SUMMERY:

The technical design admin assists the tech design and production teams with various administrative tasks, helping to streamline development and production season to season. This role requires a highly organized individual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Send out pattern allocation and tech pending chart emails with daily updates.

·       Create the development fit lists working closely alongside product development to ensure all PDUPS are passed and prepped before fittings.

·       Assist the tech team in weekly development fittings, organizing the rack.

·       Coordinate booking the fit model and schedule all development and production fittings on the calendar.

·       Measure all special requested TOPS.

·       Maintain and organize the TOP and sample closet.

·       Update the ecommerce spec chart monthly.

·       Complete the ISO TOP chart at the end of each fitting day.

·       Work with other departments for specific TOP requests.

REQUIRMENTS:

·       Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

·       Degree in fashion design or a related field

·       Minimum 1 year intern and/or work experience

·       Computer proficiency; must know and have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

BENEFITS:

·       $55,000 - $60,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other A+O employees.)
