The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring the team delivers with consistency, quality, and scalability.

• Lead the team responsible for API and ADF development.
• Ensure code quality, reuse, and adherence to architectural standards.
• Guide integration design for client projects.
• Oversee task assignments, workload balance, and team capacity planning.
• Promote clean coding practices and engineering excellence.
• Support onboarding, growth, and professional development of engineers.

• Strong experience in API development and front-end frameworks (especially ADF).
• Ability to lead development teams in a delivery setting.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, integration layers, and component design.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps pipelines.
• Tools: Postman, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Oracle ADF, etc.
