It ensures quality, performance, and alignment with architectural and delivery expectations.

• Manage the DB engineering team across client and internal projects.
• Oversee quality of stored procedures, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Act as technical expert and escalation point for database-related issues.
• Guide workload distribution and delivery priorities.
• Mentor and coach engineers to support their technical and professional development.
• Ensure alignment with DevOps, architecture, and delivery leads.

• Expert-level knowledge in database design and optimization.
• Experience leading engineering teams in software delivery contexts.
• Hands-on SQL tuning and large-data-set experience.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and performance management skills.
• Results-driven, with a delivery and quality mindset.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL Developer, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
