Design and implement an implementation journey for Carbmee’s customers

Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand each customer’s ERP system structure via business process analysis and consultation

Explain Carbmee’s data requirements to clients

Give clients feedback about their shared datasets and how to improve them to match Carbmee’s data requirements

Prepare the client's data to get it ready for the import process.

Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely integration of their data and customization with Carbmee in close collaboration with our Customer Success team

Ensure that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones

Provide technical support and training to stakeholders

Ensure customer’s successful integration of Carbmee’s platform. Perform diagnostic tests and proactively resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience

Proactively identify ways in which we can scale and optimize the technical implementation

Impeccable project management skills and proven expertise in managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders

Extensive knowledge of ERP infrastructure (specifically SAP) and ability to share this knowledge with the rest of the team

Performance-driven mindset and consultative approach

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup and similar) and data analysis skills

Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Works well across distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Excellent English skills, German skills are a great plus
