Technical IT Operations

What you’ll do:



In Customer Success, we constantly use several systems and tools to provide customer services. Your role would be to handle the day-to-day admin, mostly of our Zendesk/ LivePerson accounts, as well as focus on building customizations, tailoring and scripts related (added integrations, functionality, reports etc.). You’ll also be responsible for staying on top of the system’s functionality and options, and acting as its SME.



Would be great if you brought this to the role:

• Experience managing IT accounts (especially Zendesk or LivePerson).


• Experience with APIs, enabling you to build and maintain integrations between different tools, to support and enhance functionality, and allow data to flow.


• JavaScript and CSS experience, allowing you to implement the customizations and configurations we need for more advanced functionality.


• Experience in automations. Demand for our support is high and our systems need to be fast; your experience in this area could help create better flows and practices.


• Background and understanding of support functions and roles, which is crucial for understanding requirements and needs of the team.
