Summary of the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead – MERN Stack with 8-10 years of experience to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of software applications. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, specifically the MERN stack, along with leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of developers. A passion for technology and a collaborative spirit are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on best practices.
• Create and own High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation for software applications.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code quality standards, and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Stay updated with new technologies and pursue certification as required by projects.
• Explore and implement AI, ML, and Data Science solutions, as applicable.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Communication or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js (knowledge of Angular is a plus).
• Experience with RDBMS like Oracle/SQL Server/Postgres and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies and tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices and cloud PaaS solutions (AWS/Azure).
• Good understanding of containerization using Docker and version control with Git.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and libraries like scikit-learn.
• Practical application of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling concepts.
