Technical Program Manager

Define the technical requirements, timelines, and execution plans for chain integrations. 

Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external teams to ensure smooth integrations and proper alignment with Axelar’s infrastructure and technical standards.

Oversee the execution of blockchain integrations from start to finish, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Work with product and business development teams to identify key blockchain integrations that align with Axelar’s business goals and roadmap.

Drive technical discussions with teams to understand their protocols and identify integration challenges and opportunities.

Monitor the performance and security of integrated chains, addressing any issues that arise post-integration.

Document technical integration plans, processes, and updates, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the integration lifecycle.

Continuously evaluate and improve the integration processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and high-quality execution.

Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems.

Comfort with blockchain development, decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, and understanding how to work with multiple blockchains to enable interoperability.

Experience with blockchain integrations or working with Layer-1/Layer-2 solutions is a plus.

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and meet the required technical standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to identify, assess, and troubleshoot integration challenges, leveraging internal and external resources to resolve issues.
