Technical Recruiter

Location: Work from Home

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Singapore Time

Salary: SGD 1,000 – 2,000 per month

Annual Leave: 14 Days

Medical Leave: 12 Days

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated Technical Recruiter who is passionate about IT recruitment and wants to build a long-term career in the recruitment industry. You will work as part of a diverse, international recruitment team supporting IT hiring requirements for Singapore and, occasionally, remote positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify IT/Technology professionals for Singapore-based and remote opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable IT talent.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment platforms and other sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Work closely with the recruitment team in an English-speaking working environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and pipeline status.
• Build strong candidate relationships and develop a long-term IT talent network.

Performance & KPI

• KPI is primarily based on successful recruitment closures.
• Expected performance: 1–2 successful placements per month, depending on hiring requirements.
• Consistent sourcing activity, candidate submissions, interview coordination and pipeline development are also expected.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment is preferred.
• Strong interest in building a career in technology recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies and technical skill sets.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being an active member of a diverse team.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and recruitment techniques.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and working with people.
