Responsibilities:

• Handle client support over live chat, email, and the ticketing system.


• Investigate client incidents and keep clear, accurate records.


• Maintain and update support documentation.


• Monitor systems, resolve issues, and report on status.


• Collaborate with and escalate to other teams (QA, dev, PMs, Account Managers).


• Flag opportunities to improve how the team works.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, especially in live chat or written support.


• Strong written English; spoken English clear enough to be easily understood.


• Strong multitasking and problem-solving.


• Willing to work fixed mixed shifts, including a minimum of two night shifts per week.


• Self-driven and reliable with low or no direct supervision (a real work-from-home role).


• Comfortable escalating to and working with other departments.
  

Advantages:
