In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of technology solutions for our partner's clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage advanced networking and security services. Your collaboration with various teams and customers will be critical to facilitate product understanding and integration, ultimately contributing to improved operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. By advocating for these products and supporting training initiatives, you will play a key role in enhancing the capabilities and readiness of customer-facing teams. Accountabilities
- Actively facilitate technology adoption by current and new customers.
- Act as an evangelist for products and services internally and externally.
- Support the upskilling of customer-facing teams with new technologies.
- Provide product and sales support in key growth areas.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategic customers and partnerships.
- Meet with key customers and partners to present technology strategies.
- Contribute to product strategy to identify market opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in a telecoms/managed services environment.
- Experience in product management, sales, technical pre-sales, or professional services.
- Understanding of managed networking, security, and compute markets.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, Cloud Security, ZTNA, and public cloud.
- Experience interacting with C-suite contacts in global enterprises.
- Experience delivering technical training to sales organizations.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
