SMILE TO THE CAMERA! In this role, you will be part of the international Bosch Tube Team, contributing to the development of our internal streaming services (BoschTube). As a System Consultant for Video Streaming, you will play a crucial role in consulting on the IT architecture surrounding the Bosch Tube service and product portfolio, as well as its conceptual implementation.

Some of your functions will be:

• Collaborate with the Product and Service Manager (PSM) and coordinate with extended, globally distributed teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of various products and services into the customer environment solution landscape.
• Advise customers on the Bosch Tube service and product portfolio, conducting needs analyses with customer representatives.
• Work alongside UX experts, communication, and training departments to develop customized training programs and advertising campaigns.
• Shape the future of Bosch Tube architecture and its development life cycle to promote innovative business models.
• Conduct evaluations and tests of new components, supporting the piloting of subcomponents and services, and assist in their introduction into productive operation.
• Provide advisory support to customers during live streaming events, coordinating with other Bosch units and external service providers.

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1 or higher). German is not required for this position, but would be a big plus.
• Initial experience through internships is a significant plus.
• International experience (Erasmus or international exchanges) is desirable.

Desired requirements:

• Technical background in video and audio transmission over IP networks, media technology, and UCC platforms.
• Relevant professional experience in product and service development is preferred.
• Proficient in presenting results to stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
• Experience with customer support and service management according to ITIL standards.
• Knowledge of current market trends and state-of-the-art technologies.
• Understanding of telecommunications fundamentals, including streaming and network protocols (RTMP, SRT, SIP, RTP, IP, TCP, UDP).
