What You’ll Do in a Telehealth BCBA Role

(Once a role opens)

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct telehealth ABA services
• Train and supervise RBTs remotely
• Collaborate with families and teams in virtual settings
• Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care

What We Look For

• BCBA certification – Required
• NC LBA (or eligibility before start) – Required
• Must reside in North Carolina
• 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth or willingness to be trained
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
