Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

We’re hiring a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner to support Medicare and Medicaid members. You’ll focus on Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment, and HEDIS care gap closure — all from home, Monday through Friday.

  $120,000–$140,000 base salary

  No travel — fully remote

  Handle a mix of preventive and risk-based virtual visits

  
  

• 
  

  Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

  
  


• 
  

  Risk adjustment documentation

  
  


• 
  

  HEDIS gap closures

  
  


• 
  

  HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding

  
  

• 
  

  Active NP license in at least 3 of these states: CA, IN, MO, TX, AL, VA, TN, KY

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Medicare and Medicaid

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working across all product lines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)

  
  


• 
  

  Medicaid/Medicare enrollment required
