Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

• Manage cardiovascular patients via telehealth, delivering expert care remotely.
• Work closely with cardiologists as a key member of their virtual practice.
• Assess, diagnose, and monitor patients with low-acuity cardiovascular conditions.
• Ensure seamless coordination of care between telehealth and in-person cardiology teams.
• Educate patients on risk factors, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EMRs to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Maryland. Licenses in D.C. and Virginia preferred but not required.
• Three or more years of experience in cardiology, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, DEA number required.
• Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cardiologists and clinical teams.

Since this is a telehealth role, all interviews will be conducted via video.
