Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Telehealth Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Remote Telehealth Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating virtual appointments between patients and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for managing the patient's journey from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients seeking telehealth services

- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about our services

- Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare providers

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of telehealth services

- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system

- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the patient experience

- Stay current on telehealth industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
