Telehealth Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse – Health Risk Assessment Specialist

Location/Type: Wichita, KS • Remote (telehealth)

Pay: $60 per completed visit

Schedule: Full-time • Monday–Friday • 8:00–5:00

Conduct health risk assessments by phone/telehealth

Review medical history, meds, hospitalizations, specialists

Screen for mental health/substance use (PHQ-2, others)

Create care plans with SMART goals across domains

Assess social needs: housing, food, transport, work

Document advance directives and emergency plans

Coordinate with care teams and community resources

Active Kansas RN license (unrestricted)

3+ years clinical nursing experience

2+ years Medicaid/managed care experience

Comfort with adult and pediatric assessments

Strong assessment and documentation skills

Reliable computer, internet, and quiet space

Behavioral health or FQHC background

Case management or care coordination experience

Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

$60 per completed visit (contractor, 1099)

Remote—no mileage or travel required

Standard weekday schedule, no weekends

Meaningful work for Medicaid members
