Telesales Specialist

We're Hiring: Telesales Specialist – Career Services (Remote)



Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to candidates using structured scripts tailored to executive, managerial and professional levels.

Introduce our Career Services and offer the free ATS CV assessment as the entry point.

Understand each candidate's situation: job search status, interviews, offers and target roles.

Collect updated CVs and book follow-up calls.

Walk candidates through their ATS report and recommend the service that fits them best.

Handle objections professionally and close sales, coordinating proposals and payment links with the team.

Follow up through WhatsApp and email using approved templates.

Log every call accurately in the CRM, including notes, outcomes and follow-up dates.

Protect candidate confidentiality and personal data at all times.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, CVs collected, conversions and revenue.



Requirements



Native Arabic speaker with a Saudi accent (mandatory).

Strong professional English.

Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or a phone-based customer role.

Experience in recruitment, HR, training or professional services is a strong plus.

A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Office.

A quiet home workspace, a reliable internet connection, and a laptop and headset.
