• Write and utilize HTML, and CSS in the development and ongoing support of websites.
• Hold complete accountability for Final delivery of the product adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing for complex applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects in a bug-tracking system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and standards.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and risks to project stakeholders.
• Identify issues that can impact your production line, throw predictive impact updates to Managers
• Collaborative skills across teams to bring in efficiency
• Identify mitigation plans when needed
• Working across teams and functions undertake specialist roles which require the experience and knowledge of a team leader/manager.
• Take responsibility for the work you and your team produces ensuring high levels of attention to detail.
• Prioritize own workload based on input from Project Managers, Designers, Account Managers, Team Lead, and Manager.
• Document work and correspondence in tracking systems
• In alignment with business objectives, improve production quality and efficiency as necessary.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality and/or efficiency problems, and recommend action plans to address them.
• Degree or certificate in a related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of related professional experience.

• 4+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Solid experience in analyzing requirements and creating detailed test scenarios and cases.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with database testing and writing SQL queries.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (even as support or in collaboration)
