Title Insurance | National Commercial Reader/Examiner

Godot Consulting Group is seeking an experienced National Commercial Reader (Title Examiner) to enhance our client's background in title insurance. This role will involve scrutinizing commercial property titles across the country, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while providing excellent service to our clients.

As a National Commercial Reader, your expertise will be critical in reviewing title searches, resolving issues, and preparing clear and comprehensive reports. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail while maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial title reading or examination experience.
• Deep understanding of title insurance principles, legal descriptions, and property law in New York.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with title management software and tools.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
