Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of trademark matters, including prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
  

• Provide strategic counsel to clients on domestic and international trademark portfolios.
  

• Handle trademark opposition proceedings, anti-counterfeiting litigation, and domain name disputes.
  

• Supervise and mentor junior associates within the practice group.
  

• Participate in team and individual business development efforts.
  

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements
